Ingredients : L-arginine hydrochloride, acidifier citric acid, beta-alanine, mixture of branched-chain amino acids (L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine, emulsifier lecithin (sunflower)), L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, flavouring, amla powder (85% amla concentrate, maltodextrin), L-histidine hydrochloride, caffeine, sweeteners: acesulfame and sucralose; colours: beta-carotene and patent blue V, niacin.

Application

Preparation and recommended consumption : For each serving, pour 300 ml of cold water into a blender, add 14 g of powder (1 slightly heaped measuring spoon) and shake well for about 20 seconds.

Take 1 serving daily before training.
