Ingredients : BCAA powder (mixture of branched chain amino acids (L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine), emulsifier lecithin (sunflower)), maltodextrin, acidifier citric acid, sweeteners: acesulfame and sucralose; natural flavouring, colouring ammonium sulphite caramel, vegetable oil (medium chain triglycerides/MCT (palm, coconut, rapeseed)), vitamin B6.

Preparation and recommended consumption : For each serving, pour 350 ml of cold water into a blender, add 13 g of powder (1 heaped measuring spoon) and shake well for about 20 seconds.

Take 1 serving daily before training.
